- LittleRefs is a youth educational development program encompassing a coalition of referees committed to fostering a knowledgeable atmosphere that empowers everyone to achieve their utmost capabilities. Empowering youth, parents, coaches and referees with proper education in the beginning years is essential for positive growth.
Our Programs Help
- By integrating LittleRefs.com specialized educational programs that's designed to assist Youth Sports Leauges and the unique needs of Team Sport Officiating ( T.E.A./ U.I.L. approved High school referee class ) and Refreps.com (a new Payton Manning approved computer training course ). These programs will help young people, parents and Little Sports Leagues with the skills, knowledge and experience they need to build confidence for success.
- Remember, education extends beyond the boundaries of the classroom and can also flourish on the sports field and court.

The Founder of LittleRefs has been a certified Referee for the youth of our communities for over 30 years and has teamed up to form an alliance of Referees with over 150 years of combined experience.
LittleRefs started with a small group of volunteers with a big dream and over the years we have grown into a thriving organization helping many people.
